Therapeutic Massage

Thai massage is a wonderful ancient form of massage practiced on a floor mat. The therapist uses compression and stretching to release deep muscles, joints and connective tissue.

*Please remember to wear comfortable loose fitting clothing that will stretch. If you prefer to change into appropriate clothing after your arrival there is a private in office restroom available. Please arrive early to change.

Thai Massage

Restructuring of fascia to relieve muscle tension and improve mobility with the use of silicone cups and hands on stretching.
